About Peter Cusack

Twelve years, one promise: you'll always know.

Peter Cusack has spent more than a decade selling the Gold Coast's most considered homes, from beachfront at Mermaid to acreage in the hinterland. He started out of a simple frustration: watching good people endure the most stressful sale of their lives while the person they trusted went quiet.

So he built something different. A small, family-run practice where the name on the sign is the person who does the work. No rotating teams, and no juniors learning on your home. He takes on only a handful of families at a time, which is how he can promise what others cannot.

He is not chasing the next quick sale. Comfortable and well established, he takes a home on only when he knows he can do right by the family who owns it. The record prices, and the referrals that have kept him quietly busy for years, are simply what follows.

Why do you only take on a handful of homes at a time?
